Online coaching is £145 per month (rolling) or £350 paid upfront for 3 months.

Yes - the coaching is suitable for beginners, but it isn’t limited to beginners.

Everything is built around your starting point, with training, nutrition, and habits scaled to your ability and real-world capacity. Progress is intentional and sustainable - so you build confidence, momentum, and results without burning out or constantly restarting.

This approach works just as well for people returning to training as it does for those starting from scratch.

No, a gym membership isn't required. I'll design your plan around the equipment you have available. However, if your goal is to build muscle and you don't have any equipment, I may recommend either joining a gym or investing in some basic gear, like adjustable dumbbells, a bench, or resistance bands. This way, you can maximise your progress with the tools you have.

No problem! Many of my clients travel regularly for work, which makes online personal training a perfect fit. I'll gladly adjust your plan to ensure you stay on track, no matter where your travels take you.

Each exercise includes clear video demos and coaching cues, and you can submit form videos at any point for personalised feedback. I review these and help you make small, practical adjustments so you’re training safely, effectively, and with confidence.

You don’t need perfect technique upfront - the coaching is designed to improve your movement over time, in a way that’s sustainable and repeatable in real life.

We’ll stay in regular contact throughout the week using the SpartanFit App. As your full-time coach, you can message me anytime. In addition to ongoing communication, you'll complete a check-in form each week, and I'll provide personalized feedback highlighting your progress, areas for improvement, and what to focus on in the coming weeks. This consistent feedback ensures you have the support, accountability, and encouragement needed to reach your goals. Feedback typically comes on Sundays through Wednesdays, and on Thursdays or Fridays, I’ll either create an educational video or check in to offer additional support. My approach to online coaching is truly one-on-one!

I typically respond within an hour during normal working hours. Outside of those hours, it might take a bit longer, but I’ll always get back to you within 24 hours, even on weekends. In short, I’ll respond as quickly as possible!

I use a variety of metrics to track your progress, including improvements in strength (through progressive overload), body measurements, scale weight, endurance, and changes in body composition from progress photos. You'll provide full measurements and progress photos every four weeks, while we'll track strength and weight on a weekly basis to monitor your ongoing development.

Most clients start seeing progress within a few weeks of following their plan. The time it takes to achieve your specific body composition goal can vary depending on your individual objectives. Rest assured, I’ll do everything possible to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. I take pride in helping clients transform their bodies in the most efficient time frame.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Just inform me before the next payment is due, and I’ll take care of it. Alternatively, you can cancel directly through your customer portal (Stripe). Once canceled, you won’t be charged again, and you’ll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Not at all. I’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. While most clients train 3 to 4 times per week, I also have clients who train once a week or even up to seven times a week. Your plan will be tailored to what’s optimal for your goals while remaining realistic and manageable for you.

I’ll track your food intake using our built-in food tracker, or if you prefer, we can use the MyFitnessPal app. This allows me to monitor your calorie intake, ensure you're hitting your macro ratios, and maintain a nutrient-rich diet.

No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos. Any progress photos or transformations shared on my website or social media are done with the explicit consent of clients who choose to share their achievements.

Nutrition coaching is personalised to you.

For most people, this means guidance on food choices, portions, and structure rather than a rigid meal plan - so it fits real life and is sustainable long term.

Where a full nutrition plan would be the most effective option, one will be provided. This is decided on an individual basis, based on your experience, preferences, and what will best support consistency and results.

The goal is always the same: an approach you can maintain, not just follow temporarily.
